Famous Filipino Eggrolls anyone? Yes, Lumpia, as well as Pancit, Adobo and dessert, Leche Flan will all be made in these four classes!
In Filipino cuisine, pancit are noodles. Noodles were introduced into the Philippines early on by Chinese settlers in the archipelago and are now found in numerous variants and types. The term pancit literally means “convenient food”.
Philippine adobo is also a very popular Filipino dish and cooking process. This cuisine involves chicken or pork, marinated in soy sauce based marinade, browned in oil and simmered in the marinade. It has been considered as the unofficial national dish in the Philippines.
Last, but not least, the famous Leche Flan dessert, made from egg yolks.
